I would recommend Team Leo to anyone. They made me feel like I was their only customer. They held open houses every weekend. The team redirected their focus when things weren't going exactly as we planned. They listened to any concerns and ideas I had, to make a better plan to sell my house. When the right offer finally came in they helped me see it and walked me through the sale. On the other side I am now buying a new place through Team Leo. Ron has been instrumental in helping us through our process. They are a great team. When one isn't available another steps in. They all keep up to date on each and every one of the houses they are selling.

Leo has drive and spirit. (He IS slightly unconventional ;-) ) But make no mistake Leo and his team are very talented. He explained to me the importance of knowing exactly what price point was needed to get interest. (It really matters! And his team has the experience to back it) He then walked us through the importance of repairs, maintenance, clean up and staging to hold the Interest. His team then professionally showed and made our dreams a reality. Two thumbs up.

Leo and his team are outstanding in every respect. Having dealt with them on a number of deals buying and selling over a period of 20yrs I can't say enough about them. Honesty, looking out for the clients interest and extremely helpful at every stage of the process. They treat you like friends and family not just another customer

Back in July 2016, Team Leo (Leo himself) did an incredible job selling my Condo - when I couldn't sell it on my own! Shortly after I contacted him, he arranged for a professional "Stager" to come and set up my Condo. It looked so good that I wanted to buy it myself! :) I was very impressed by the high level of professionalism demonstrated by his entire team. My Condo sold in 2 days after being listed - at the price I wanted!!! Trevor Newton Port Moody, BC

We were referred to Leo when we decided to move into the lower mainland from Calgary, Leo went beyond what you would normally expect from a real estate agent, he not only listen to our needs but also help us understand how each municipality works, things that we should aware off, education, public transportation etc... basically everything that you can think off or can't think off.. In just one weekend, Leo manage to find us our sanctuary. He made sure it was our "HOME".. Leo is not a realtor to us...he looked after us like we are family!!!! always had us at heart and would be totally open in his feedback, we always get the bad and good side of the situation, no sugar coating with his words. We feel very blessed to have met Leo and it made our settling into our new home a breeze. Thumbs Up...Thumbs Up....
