We were referred to Pete by a friend and we were extremely happy with his service. Pete was professional, provided excellent communication, and made great efforts to fit showings and meetings into our busy schedules. We never felt rushed and Pete took the time to explain the process and details. Most importantly, Pete was calm and able to guide us through the stressful moments that come with purchasing a home. An amazing negotiator, Pete was able to help us find and purchase our home in only a number of weeks. Thanks Pete! We'll be sharing your name with friends and family and will be in touch when we are in the market again. Brandon and Jane.

We can't say enough good things about working with Pete and his team.  They were extremely professional and thoughtful with their service and managed to get our sale done under a tight timeframe in a challenging market. From great pictures and open houses, timely progress updates and responsive communication right to move out cleaning and handyman recommendations, Pete made the entire process manageable and enjoyable!

Lee and his team did a fantastic job on both sides of my house move. In a soft market, he negotiated a great price on my new home and then was able to sell my home quickly. The team is knowledgeable and comprehensive. They use a full suite of marketing and media to get your property in front of as many eyes as possible, and make it look as good as possible! Thanks for making this challenging time a great experience!

My husband and I were looking for our first home, but had a few specific ideas in mind for our "dream home". We sat down with Elliot and told him exactly what we wanted. He sent us a few different listings. One of the listings happened to be exactly what we wanted. We fell in love with it instantly. Elliot immediately set up an appointment for us to view it and supported us when we were ready to make an offer (different than what was listed). In the end, thanks to Elliot's support, we found our dream home. It's been a few years and we're still in our dream home and couldn't be happier. Thanks Elliot!

Selling a condo is always stressful. Selling a condo 2000 miles away is even more stressful. Fortunately, we found Pete on the web. Pete in person was every bit as knowledgeable and helpful as the reviewers all said. He had a well-tested marketing plan and gave us expert advice on how to prepare the condo for sale. His team prepared wonderful marketing material and helped us in all aspects of the sale, from arranging cleaning to the final removal of furniture. He and his team managed to smooth out the negotiation process across two continents and three time zones. Everything, from the initial listing to the final closing of the sale was done in less than one month. The professionalism and efficiency of his team earned my highest respect. If you want to sell your property and minimize stress, I would strongly recommend Pete's team.
