Simon had our house sold in 11 days. He studies the market thoroughly so we did exactly as he suggested and we were able to purchase our new home in time. As long-distance buyers, Simon gave us very good advice about buying a lot and building a new house. Simon was supportive throughout the process, provided valuable advice and was always available to answer our questions. He is professional and personable and easy to deal with. Any client who chooses to work with Simon is doing themselves and their real estate transaction a huge favour. We recently purchased a townhome, and we would not have gotten *exactly what we wanted* without Simon's expertise and connections. Before I get into the purchase process, I have to commend Simon for his patience and thoroughness throughout months of showing us homes, educating us on neighbourhoods in Squamish, and informing us in detail about all of the townhouse complexes that we might be interested in. In a real estate market where there is very little inventory, it's hard to "get to know" the options that might present themselves in the coming months, and to get a sense of the value that each different property offers. Simon started by allowing us time and space to view all kinds of properties - even ones that were not what we were ideally looking for, simply so that we could have perspective once we did find "the one". And boy, did we find "the one". We found it three times, in fact! And with the right guidance, and reassurance, we held out until the right unit in the right complex was available, and we couldn't be happier. Simon was responsive, knowledgable, dedicated, thorough and - having worked with dozens of Realtors in the past - I am all the more impressed by what Simon provided during our time working with him. When asked to write a review after we had moved into our new home, I knew it deserved to be more than just a "I would highly recommend" kind of testimonial. MORE than a thank you, Simon. We are thrilled with everything, and absolutely glad to sing your praises at any opportunity.
