Prateek is a very professional realtor who knows what he is doing in the best interest of his clients. He did a job that we never expected that could be done and presented in a manner where buyers all wanted to see our home without being OPENED TO THE PUBLIC known as an OPEN HOUSE. We wanted buyers who were interested to see our home by appointment if they were wanting our home As Is Where Is... He brought in as many as 4 or 5 in a day buyers and we were very impressed. And this continued for days after days until there were several buyers who made an offer. Prateek was very honest with us and he never left us when we needed to ask him questions. If he was busy, he made sure he got back to us and never left us hanging wondering about the sale of our home. We knew Prateek from our neighbors a few years ago...when he sold their home. Prateek guided us on understanding more or less of selling and buying homes... Unfortunately, we did not get him as the start of selling our home. Our first offer with a different realtor collapsed and we were very disappointed as we waited till midnight negotiating with our realtor and the buyers realtor. We made the final deal offer and both parties agreed, thinking our house was sold. The following day, the first offer collapses. It took us a few weeks before we called him up...and when we called him up...Prateek was not upset nor angry with us as he was such a professional realtor to accept the job he would do for us. Prateek showed us no signs of disappointment but he worked as hard as he could to sell our house with the best offer. Before he would do anything about selling our home, he always made sure what we needed to know and expect. He never left to wonder what was the next step on selling our house. He made sure in every buyer who came to our home, he notified as a few days so we would be prepared and after all the house viewing, he got back to us until, we received a few offers. We would recommend you getting Prateek as he is very knowledgeable with his job and the pros and cons of buying and selling your house. He will sit down and meet with you for what you want and expect of your house. He is a very honest realtor and he will always accommodate any of your concerns. He speaks in a very professional manner where you would not regret and makes you feel that you could call him up anytime as he would either return your call or texts. He showed full respect to us being the sellers and when offers were presented, he gave us time to think and make our decision at our on time. He never rushed us but wanted we sellers to feel happy for whatever we would decide. He listened very well for all we requested until we sat down for a few offers. He gave us time and made sure we were comfortable as we were free to change our mind if we were not ready.
