We had contemplated making a move for quite some time but because our past real estate experiences had been difficult and extremely stressful, we were quite wary of who we could possibly put our trust into getting the job done for us. Then we were referred to Mohamed and right from the get go we felt that we had make the right decision in consulting with him. At our first meeting, we were provided with a tremendous amount of pertinent information that assisted us with both the sale of our current property and the purchase of a new one. We were provided with specs and forecasting on our current property in an extremely well put-together book, all before even deciding to work with Mansour Group. Mohamed is both professional and caring, and his stride for excellence resonates throughout all the services he and his whole team provides. The list of services that they provide and people they can refer you to seem to be endless, varying from names of contractors for any type of renovations to be done to supplying massage therapists for weary clients! We had been dreading what could have been a long and painstakingly slow process, but in the span of a few weeks, we had both sold our property (even obtained well above asking price in a rapidly changing market) and purchased a new one. Everything was handled in a smooth and seamless manner with professionalism and expertise. Mohamed and his team ended up delivering a far superior customer experience then we could have ever dreamt of and sometimes we still feel we need to pinch ourselves to make sure it’s not just a dream! Many thanks to Mohamed and his whole team at Mansour Group from the Sandhu Family.

Thank you Mohamed and to your team for the excellent job you did in selling our townhouse. We are fortunate to have you as our realtor. Thank you for your patience and guidance. Me and my family enjoyed working with you. We are happy to recommend you to any of our family and friends. Thanks again. -Rene and Rowena Paragas

Mohamed was referred to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier with our decision to have him help us sell our South Surrey condo. This was our first sale of property so we didn't know what to expect. From the start, Mohamed was clear about the process and what to expect. He not only did everything he said he would do, he far exceeded our expectations. The process was absolutely seamless, painless, and we closed with a much higher than listed sale price. Not only that, he helped with so many of the extra worries that come with buying a property, selling a property, moving, and renting out another property we own. Thanks a million to Mohamed and his entire team of professionals!!!

Mo is a professional and smart guy. He sold my parents' home after a death and was empathetic, kind, and effective. He had great advice and was concerned about my best interest. He doesn't come with the slimy feel you get from most realtors and that's because he is a genuine guy with a good head on his shoulders. He's not a typical realtor. He can schmooze and play the game well, but he does it with integrity.

My wife and I approached him about 4 years ago enquiring about what we needed to do so we can purchase a home. He helped us create a plan. Fast forward to this year, and we accomplished the goal. The lower mainland is a unique market. One that is considered among the most unaffordable in the world. We found a place though that we can call our own. He and his team did everything we needed, asked and didn't ask for. It was a great experience. No need for the boring details. Go to the office and just enquire. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Mo.
