Jackie sold our place in four days! She priced our home "sharply" to draw lots of interest and it worked. She is very knowledgeable and knows the local housing market inside and out. She has strong communication skills and is very good at explaining things. We knew that she knew what she was doing and we could trust her. We highly recommend her and we enjoyed working with her!

I cannot say enough about Jackie. I came from a very slow selling market in another province to a very hot and fast moving market here which was unnerving for me as I was in a difficult personal situation and dealing with a lot of change. Jackie is pleasant to work with and quickly puts you at ease. It took a lot of pressure off to know I had such a capable and well-respected realtor working for me. With a wealth of experience, she is extremely knowledgeable about the Fraser Valley areas, construction, policies and bylaws and overall has an alert eye picking up on a lot of things I did not think of. She is voraciously hard-working and definitely ready to move on your behalf when things change quickly (as they do here). She was incredibly professional accessing documents and information quickly (and checked them out herself) to speed the purchase process. I do not think I would have my condo if it were not for her. She offered good advice throughout the process but respected my limits. I highly recommend her without hesitation!

My Fiance (Daniel) and I just moved to BC from AB last month, and we were in a crunch to find a place to live within 3 months due to a career relocation. Daniel happened to walk into an open house in Surrey, and ended up meeting Jackie. Jackie impressed him with her knowledge on the area and her willingness to help us out after getting the details on our situation. Within a week she was sending us several listings per day through 'Collab Center' (an extremely useful and efficient website for narrowing down home searches). Once we sent her our choices to view, she immediately booked showings for us. We flew to Vancouver, and spent the whole day with Jackie, looking at potential homes. After viewing one home that did not fit our expectations, she immediately knew what would fit our preferences and was able to focus in on the viewings she knew we would like. So after looking at some more listings, we fell in love with a few, and ended up putting an offer on one of them that day. Her speedy work and exceptional selling skills allowed us to put in an offer the seller could not refuse, and once all was said and done, the seller accepted it that night! We do not know what we would have done without her; we were nervous about looking for a home in a province that we had little knowledge on, but Jackie relieved that stress and she filled all the gaps seamlessly! Jackie we wish you all the best! Daniel and I will be sure to recommend your services to anyone looking for a new home in the lower mainland. :)

This is the second time that Jackie helped us with a real estate transaction. We trust her completely as she has demonstrated again her great knowledge of the market in the GVA. Thanks for the wonderful job you did for us Jackie!

Thanks Jackie for helping us in our real estate purchases. It's been a very professional experience and we never had to worry about anything from search start to completion. We're given more than ample knowledge of the market and localized information regarding the specific area and neighbourhood. We are also given plenty of guidance along the way from the initial offfer, to inspection and financing, to subjects and closing. We're also equally happy with you selling our property, getting us the price we ask for and more, and the ease and manner in which the transaction was achieved. Thanks for everything!!!
