This is the third transaction we have completed with Steve Mullenix and his associates. Our first purchase closed with Steve guiding us through the process. We were so impressed with his attention and dedication to our needs that we did not hesitate to contact him to list and sell another property in Bellingham. Steve's skills in providing everything his clients might need to achieve their goals, outranks any other real estate professional we have had experiences with. Steve honored our request to list and sell quickly by handling everything we needed including a market analysis, professional photography, staging, and an open-house within days of our contact. When you find professionals as highly skilled and personable as Steve and his partners, you feel confident that you are represented by the very best. At every step of the buying and selling process, Steve's firm had our interests in mind, and flawlessly guided us to closing. Recently, we sought another investment property and thought of no one else but Steve Mullenix and his partners. He, Julia and Brianna made buying remotely, absolutely do-able in a highly competitive market. They reached out to sellers, assisted us in a multiple-bid offer and represented us so well, that we successfully were able to purchase a home and close early. You can be assured that you will have the same experience and will be impressed with Peace Arch Real Estate's approach. Other companies we have dealt with seem to focus on property sales, but Steve and Peace Arch have an approach that is all about the relationship with the people they represent. Look no further, Peace Arch is everything you need in a real estate company. When you meet Steve and everyone at Peace Arch, you will know you made the right decision in a real estate professional.

John L wrote what I wanted to write and more, all of which I agree with 100%. Peace Arch Real Estate is a locally owned, family-run business that I am proud to support.
