Aaron Chan and his partner Rachel Pai run a first class, bespoke operation. No client request is too great for them to manage. Their inventory of properties in Vancouver is ultra high end. It has been a pleasure working with the Aisa staff. I wish all realty companies were as professional and sensitive to client needs.

Have used this firm in the past and will continue to use them and recommend them. I’ve found that how much knowledge real estate brokers actually have can be pretty varied. But I’ve been impressed with AISA’s knowledge of the Vancouver market and what realistically can and can’t be done given the market.

Excellent experience working with this firm. I’ve worked with other rental management companies in the past and found the client service of some of these to be lacking. AISA delivers results and also happens to care about making their clients happy.

Efficient and knowledgeable property managers here. When I was looking for a rental manager in Vancouver, I approached several other companies before landing on AISA. Glad I selected this co. among the others. Have been working with them for almost a year now and plan on continuing to work with their team.

We were in search of a new rental in Vancouver and was very happy to find an AISA’s website. One listing on their site, particularly attracted us and one of the AISA’s team members was kind enough to provide us a tour of the property. They took their time and made sure all our questions had been answered, which was very refreshing. Absolutely professional service here.
