Nick Moroso was the absolute best real estate agent that my wife and I have ever met! When we found our dream home in Squamish he bent over backwards to make it happen. Nick was quick to earn our trust, which is key when you're spending your hard-earned money. Thank you Nick, you are being highly recommended.

I've worked with Jimi Brockett, this guy has energy and a heart of gold. I recommend all my family and friend to met up with him to understand how he can help you.

Edward Gramauskas is just plain the worst real estate agent in the city. This man is rude and vulgar. I have had the unpleasantness to deal with him on multiple occasions and each and every time has been like pulling teeth. In a city like Vancouver where there are endless options for Real Estate Agents .... I would recommend a HARD PASS on Edward Gramauskas of Dexter and Associates Realty.

I sit here, feeling lighter than I have in a month. I hired one of your agents Brad Pacud (hope its spelt right). I needed to sell a condo and buy one. My condo is in PortMoody, instead of making commission alone on my place. He referred me to Candace Fillpone. Who is an expert out there. ( Wow). I have a not so clean tenant in my place. Candace hired a cleaner and scrubbed along with her. ( Who does that). It was sold in 3 days. Then steps in Brad for the Vancouver market. I have just bought my 1st condo, in Vancouver😀. Long story short. It's been a long road to get here. I am so ever grateful, after interviewing several agents, I went with Dexter. When a realtor at a open house with another company, states she was with Dexter and learned ethics from them. That says it all. I must say, I was never pressured to bid higher. To stay grounded. I bought exactly what I wanted. Thanks so much. Could not have asked this journey to end better. PS . My sister is a realtor, not with Dexter. That says a lot. I can now retire in peace.

Unfortunately the review below is completely fake and submitted by someone we have never dealt with. As an owner of Dexter Associates Realty we do not know this individual nor does our agent named. Unfortunately the ability to provide fake reviews is something which we have no input in with Google nor can we get it removed.
