Ryan Kubeska is the best realtor I could have ever hoped for. He guided me through every step of the process of selling my condo in Vancouver. He answered all my questions thoroughly, always making me feel heard and acknowledged. Ryan's passion for real estate, extraordinary communication skills and real estate experience are of the highest level possible as well as his phenomenal skills of selling homes and home staging. He is kind and trustworthy and offers outstanding guidance. I’m very pleased with how everything turned out and how quickly Ryan and his team made this all happen.

Ryan made my first condo purchase a breeze. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. He stayed in regular communication throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions I had. He provided honest advice and real feedback on any neighborhood or property I was interested in. He is transparent, supportive and is fantastic at his job. He often went over and above and I would definitely recommend him for any real estate transaction. Thanks again Ryan!

Ryan is an attentive and patient realtor to work and correspond with. His communication skills and attention to detail have made shopping for a home an enjoyable experience with minimal stress. We’ve had to pause the purchase process a couple times and every time we do, Ryan offers nothing but the utmost support and alternative solutions. His knowledge of the market is incredible and he’s proved time and time again he goes the extra mile for his clients.

Ryan is a consummate professional and an outstanding agent to work with. After working with Ryan to buy my first home in 2015, I'm convinced he's the only realtor you'll ever need in Vancouver. Not only is he a skilled listener and negotiator with very in-depth knowledge of the local market, but he's also a pleasure to work with. It's obvious Ryan keeps his client's best interests in sharp focus, so you can always trust he'll be on top of every detail, big or small. Without hesitation, I will seek him out immediately for any upcoming real restate transaction in the future.
