I can't say enough positive things about our experience working with Robin Scrimger and Stephen Foster Property Group. As first time home buyers there was a pretty steep learning curve for us and Robin expertly guided us through each step in the process. He was able to provide us with excellent recommendations for other professionals needed to complete our purchase (mortgage specialist, lawyer, home inspector). In addition to bringing top notch communication skills and tons of knowledge, Robin is just a great person! He has a cheerful energy and really puts you at ease but there is no doubt that he is on the ball. Thank you Robin and Stephen!

I have been working with Robin Scrimger of the Stephen Foster property group to find a home. It has been difficult given my very specific criteria and limited budget. Robin never lost hope that we would find something and provided me with support and care through what could have been a very stressful process. He regularly communicated with me about where things were at, checked in with lawyers about legal questions that came up, was always just a phone call or text away, but also met with me in person whenever needed. He booked several house tours and accompanied me on them. He always had helpful advice and knowledgeable pointers about different property features. He noticed everything and could always provide answers for my numerous questions. Having never gone through the the process of buying a house on my own, I appreciated Robin’s professional patience and welcoming style. He never once made me feel incompetent, ignorant, or incapable. I felt like he really cared about me and my family and was taking our needs to heart. Robin is courteous, reliable, fun to work with, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend his services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From our first contact with Stephen and his team we were impressed. Their attentiveness, speed in response, genuine desire to provide good service and market understanding made for an incredible experience. The market is challenging, competitive and moves quickly and having Stephen to guide and consult us along the way was crucial to our success. We worked really well together, understood the goals and ultimately delivered by helping us buy the home we were looking for. I found Stephen Foster to be an exceptionally rude man. His lack of social skills competency was surprising for a realtor. He verbally assaulted me based on his assumptions of my intentions. Dealing with him was very upsetting and not one I intend to repeat. He does not adhere to any reasonable code of conduct for a professional. Stay away.
