I would definitely call Nyrose & Associates a "Multi-Talented Managerial Professional team" when I think about them. Darren Nyrose is an awesome realtor, wonderful supporter and kind person. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing him last month, during which he showed me APEX projects in Lake Country. I was impressed by his knowledge in proper offer based on my budget for owning a town house. Customer empathy is a great skill Darren poses. Above all, Darren would be a highly valuable realtor for anyone who needs to have. I would definitely recommend Nyrose & Associates for home buyers.

My wife and I recently moved to the Okanagan and were having a hard time finding a realtor who we could trust to help us find the best place possible given our budget and our needs. Then we met Darren. Right from the beginning he made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure we didn't end up buying something we might regret down the road. He was extremely patient and understanding and most importantly he never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We were very pleased to be working with Darren Nyrose on the purchase of our home. He was very available and responsive as we made 3 offers over a period of a three weeks. We ended up purchasing a new construction property in May and had requested regular updates on how construction was proceeding. We have not received any updates to date, otherwise we would have provided a 5 star rating.
