This was my first home purchase where I didn't know much about the real estate or its process. At the end of my transaction with Joe White I feel much more experienced and wait to expand my Real Estate portfolio. Thanks a Million JW

Joe worked very hard to make out deal happen. Even after it had died twice. He even helped move the sellers out of the house so we could have possession on time. Thanks Joe. We definitely recommend him to everyone.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He is outgoing, energetic, and driven. Joe is very knowledgeable about Kelowna Real Estate and builds lasting relationships with his clients. I would recommend Joe White to anyone already living in the area or wanting to relocate to the Okanagan. If you want something done quick and efficient, Joe is your guy! Thank you so much for everything you have done for us!

Joe helped us tremendously. He drove to Logan lake to meet us for a showing and when we were ready to make an offer he suggested making the offer a wee bit lower. After a bit of dickering with the seller we agreed upon a price. By my calculations Joe saved us about 5 grand which we put into upgrades. Too bad he is so far away from us now as we do plan to sell a house in the lower mainland sometime and then move up there permanently. We will then be buying a bigger house there and keep the one he helped us buy. We will use him again if he is willing to go that extra mile again. Ed
