We were really fortunate Brandon reached out to us. We didn't know which realtor to use and had put off the decision but are so glad to have Brandon. He is very hard working, dedicated and always on top of the listings. Moreover he is astute in recognizing the listings we ourselves haven't considered that would be suitable. He is straightforward, trustworthy and always prepared to find a listing or set up a viewing. We highly recommend his services.

Brandon reached out to me when I was first started looking for a place. Honestly, I already had a realtor in mind but his personality and drive quickly made me realize he was the agent I needed. Within a day Brandon had lined up a number of showings and we found our perfect home that day! We could not be happier!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brandon and the Residence Real Estate Group. He will not disappoint!

Brandon loves his job & it shows. He was, hands down, the most responsive & motivated agent I found in Kelowna. He answered all our questions and returned calls & texts within a very short period of time which was refreshing. I was most impressed with how quickly & efficiently he arranged showings! Thanks for all your help, Brandon, in finding our new home.

My husband and I recently moved from Surrey to Kelowna and were lucky enough to find Brandon while doing a home search. He was amazing. Listened to what we wanted and did not waste our time. We now have wonderful new home in West Kelowna
