I can't express my appreciation for the kindness, knowledge and professionalism I experienced work with Chris Maxwell. I sold my home in Joe Rich after raising my children there, it was hard for me and he was very patient. Having no recent experience with real estate I was comfortable putting a 100% trust in Chris's guidance from beginning to end. My home was sold in a week, yeah Chris! Now I needed a new home quickly for myself, my daughter and our animals, not an easy thing to do in this market. Chris found the perfect house for us, he was able to negotiate a great deal with quick possession. I was able to move into my new home without the worry about what I would do with my animals had he not been able to get the quick possession. Chris is the best! He received my indecisive, ever-changing wish list for a condo? house? townhouse? with an open, honest intention to find me my "dream home." He took me out countless times to view homes and kept reassuring me that when the right one came up, we'd know it. And we did! He found me the perfect townhouse to suit my needs.
