I've been in the real estate business for many years and I can safely say that Kim is truly one of the best. I am very picky about who I work with in the industry and even more picky about who refer to friends and colleagues. I whole heartedly endorse the professionalism and skill with which Kim conducts business (not to mention she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet) This may sound over the top but that's because Rebecca and I absolutely loved working her. I'm in a unique position being on the 'inside' as a licensed realtor and I have a huge network that I could turn to but we entrusted Kim to guide us through the sale of our home in Lions Bay and we would do it again in a heart beat. I always say that as a seller, regardless of how much experience you have, you are the worst person to analyze and position your house for sale. The values I look for are integrity and trust, closely followed by a fierce passion for delivering the best result (in this case price and timeline) and Kim has a fantastic balance of all three. Thank you Kim

Kim provided excellent service as our Realtor. She was thorough and professional and was able to sell our home quickly and at a great price. She was also able to find us a new home quickly and what we thought at the time was a deal. It turns out now that 2 years later that our property value has increased by over $100,000 with some easy renovations that she recommended we make, and we were able to pull equity out of the home for us to use to improve our quality of life for our five children. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. Chris and Lisa Penner

When my wife and I first expressed interest in moving back to the North Shore Kim Taylor actually invited us over to her place for dinner to discuss our needs. That was enough to win me over! Kim has an exceptional knowledge of North Shore real estate scene and is always willing to bend over backwards for her clients. We highly recommend her services!
