I Will be taking CHRIS and his clients to small claims court to recoup some of the extra money that I have had to spend on my new home. I was the purchaser as he was the seller. Chris allowed in the homeowners to break contract, taking light fixtures and not patching and repairing or painting the walls as per contract and has done nothing to rectify this. I am now left with a broken contract and zero reply from his office. A very shady character. I would not be surprised if the previous 15 reviews at five star ratings were his friends and family.

Chris Harris has been my realtor for over 6 year. He has helped me sell and purchase a number of homes. He has also helped my family members to sell and purchase. He goes the extra mile, and is great to deal with. Great Realtor!!

Dealing with Chris during my last property sale was a pleasure, he accommodated and worked around my availability and always replied to any queries efficiently . Everything went smoothly and as planned which is the best you can hope for during a usually stressful transaction, plus he has great photographer and lawyer (Jason Khong in my instance) contacts. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chris’s services again and will recommend him to anyone in need.
