I have worked with a couple of real estate agents from Red Oak Realty office, they are very dedicated to service and making the home buying or selling process straight forward. As a mortgage lender I know how important this is and making the transaction as smooth as possible.

No houses for sale in San Francisco under $200,000

Jimmy Reina of Red Oak Realty is the realtor you want to guide you through your home purchase or sale. His years of experience as a realtor and prior work as a carpenter enable him to look at properties with an eye for their potential. As a first-time homebuyer I needed a patient teacher to explain the process. Jimmy explains things clearly, using metaphors to illustrate concepts and steering clear of jargon. He is also willing to go over things again, numerous times. More of a collaborator than a dictator, at every point when a decision needs to be made, Jimmy will say, “Here’s how I see it…” He never tells you what to do, just lays out the facts, realities, pros and cons and lets you make the decision. A problem-solver with a sense of humor, he doesn’t get excited even at those critical moments. He protects his clients by pursuing needed information or action from mortgage brokers, building inspectors, etc., tenaciously if needed. Jimmy spent a huge amount of time with me, and was available any time I needed his counsel, including evenings and weekends. It took two years for me to find the right place to buy, and Jimmy stuck with me all the way, always dedicated even though it represented a very minor sale. A true professional, Jimmy gets five stars from me.
