I just recently moved into a Sussex building, and I have had an amazing experience so far! Our caretaker is absolutely wonderful! She helped us arrange to move our stuff in a few days before our initial possession date to ensure we were moved out of our previous apartment in time. Additionally, there were was some minor maintenance that needed to be done in our suite, and our caretaker arranged it with Sussex to have it completed within our first week of moving in. We are really happy and are in love with our new home! I would highly recommend renting with Sussex Realty. They really care about their tenants and have excellent caretakers at their buildings. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Well, there are reasons why this company's rating is poor. I live in a building managed by Sussex in downtown Winnipeg. We had 3 break-ins within the past few months and guess what Sussex has done about it ... You guessed it: Nothing! The lady responsible for my apartment never answers the phone. So good luck getting an answer from Sussex! The caretaker also complains about the lack of support from Sussex. I had lived in apartments owned by other companies and haven't had any issues with them. Because they all understand what tenants' responsibilities are and what theirs are. If such break-ins happened in an apartment owned by other companies I'm confident they'd do something ASAP (change locks, set up cameras, etc). The approach Sussex prefers of course is to avoid your phone call and make sure that you have no chance of talking to the manager in person.

The company overall is good. We had a great and attentive caretaker. But our neighbours were a nightmare. We couldn't sleep at nights because of their night activities. We sent complaints, asked to resolve this issue but they couldn't. Because of this we had to urgently look for another place to live and move out. Later I found out that these terrible people were finally moved out. So then why didn't they do that when we complained? This is the only reason of low rating.

Aging is a critical stage in whiskey production. The choice of cask, the length of maturation, and the aging environment all influence the spirit's final character. But what are...
