Do not trust this person with the sale or purchase of your home. He is all about the money and could care less what he says or does to make the sale. He is not working for you, only his commission. Lies and more lies and you don't have a leg to stand on once you have signed that listing agreement. The broker he works for Royal le Page is entirely on board with this unethical agent.

We were very pleased with Derek and his staff! He was extremely professional and honest throughout the entire process. The house sold within 5 days and we were very happy with the selling price. Well, we needed to sell for many reasons. I couldn’t help but notice Derek’s face on a lot of homes that were selling in St Andrews. With the word SOLD attached to the sign. I met with Derek and the rest was made as easy as possible for me. Very accessible for questions or concerns. Scheduled showings and great communication. Going through an estate sale is a tough experience and trying to find a real estate agent that best fits your needs is tough as well. Derek Daneault & his team that myself, my husband & my brother-in-law dealt with are AMAZING!! Derek was professional, honest, courteous & empathetic to the situation we are in. Between Ashleigh & Ashley (lol) they constantly apprised me multiple times per day on the showings that were scheduled which was very much appreciated. There was constant contact with Derek & his team to make sure that we were aware with everything that was happening. The property sold for over asking!
