Place is decent. It's a newer building so it has a good finish to it. Hallways are kept clean. But it's a wooden building with very poor insulation. Be prepared for stomping sounds if you have a heavy Walker above you. The 24x7 helpline is pretty neat. The reps on the phone are always courteous and helpful.

Only been here a month on Dugald Rd in Winnipeg. The units and building were advertised as smoke free and confirmed by the superintendent, as in, you couldn't smoke in the building at all. People smoke all the time in their apartments and the low grade ducting is set up such that cigarette smoke from other people's units fills out laundry room, bathroom and even the kitchen. Multiple calls to the landlords have gotten nothing but excuses and zero action. Also the buildings are wood frame, not concrete, so the walls and floors act like drum heads and there's always noise from other tenants, especially when they're doing their laundry at 10 PM at night. The units are only two years old, but built very fast and with low grade components. Things are worn out and falling apart already and landlord reaction time is glacial at best. The landlords talk the talk, but that's about it. If you want to breathe other people's cigarette smoke in your apartment every day, this is the place for you, otherwise, give this bunch a pass.
