I have rented from MyPlace for 1 year. In the 1 year, we have had 3 different property managers for our building. As such, it has been difficult and frustrating trying to communicate with the rental company. Problems with the apartment (leaks, faulty electric) were resolved several months after reporting. The building has been cheaply renovated within the past 18 months, and the rent has increased $900 (a 100% increase) from March 2017 to April 2018. MyPlace isn't negligent but they lack the proper communication and follow through that one expects of their rental company.

Beautiful apartment. Friendly staff. Some maintenance delays but eventually gets done.

By far the most reasonable and professional management company in the city. They are quick to deal with issues in the building and great at communicating to tenants.

My resident manager was amazing to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Terrible reality company with even worse property management. Since moving into a MPR owned building, not even a year ago we have went through about 4 different property managers and mulitiple “landlords” that all seem too lack property management skills and are very unreliable. The company as a whole has no basic business communication skills, reported everything from multiple break-ins to bugs and have had several items stolen on multiple occasions from lockers in building and asked to view cameras and got little to no response on that. Very unsafe and unreliable company would think twice before signing a lease.
