BEWARE , these people are not nice . I became aware of an oversight on an a seasonal lease 24 hrs after signing . It required me to pay more money . It was an innocent mistake on all counts but , I did not want to pay any additional amount for the property and thought we were all on same page .Immediatley I advised them it was a problem and all within 24 hours of dropping off the lease and deposit - SADLY HOWEVER - The Saunders agent would not help me get my several thousands of dollars deposit back and told me to call a lawyer and would not answer or reply to my emails or calls from that point on . Signed ONE day ? The property was not even taken off the market nor had the lease been signed for one business day - I guess there were NOT enough zeros in my deal to warrant consideration or support or any effort to resolve . One day ,,,,,, really Romaine?? And Mr. Saunders, your unwillingness to respond to my request for support but send me a letter from your lawyer stating I should contact a lawyer ,,, ??? How sad that this is how people do business in the Hamptons . I’m just a small customer , surely this would not have happened to say ..Beyoncé ..Accidents happen , you don’t have to keep people’s money ! ,
