We were moving to New York City and overwhelmed. We looked at 100s of places in person and online as well as spoke to lots of real estate agents claiming they would help us. We spoke with Besnik Hakaj who works with Mirador and all expectations were exceeded! He helped us out in the City looking at multiple different properties while informing us about each one individually. Once our trip ended, he continued to excel and even helped us secure a place that we are super excited about! He went above and beyond, and made the process easy to understand on our end. He got us everything we wanted and more! Besnik and Mirador are the best and if you’re new to looking in NYC I would highly recommend working with them.

Had a wonderful experience with Mirador real estate and Besnik Hakaj in particular. We came into the city and our original broker canceled on us the morning we were scheduled to find an apartment. Within minutes of calling Besnik had us on the phone and worked to have multiple properties lined up by the end of the day. We signed the same day and are very happy with where we have ended up. Could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend!

I first reached out to Louise Torrisi at the end of January 2022 for an April 1 move-in date. I was told by many agents before that it was too early to start renting for this time period and nothing else. Louise informed me of the same but gave me her personal cell and email and told me to contact her towards the end of February and she would help me, and help me she did. I have never experienced the personal service that Louise provided in any industry, let alone real estate. It is difficult renting in New York (I have a history of renting in Ann Arbor, MI and most recently San Diego, CA which was super straightforward) and Louise guided me through the whole process. I told her my desired location and price and she was able to provide me options immediately. The application process was tricky and I needed to use a guarantor which made it more complex but I was in constant communication with Louise via text or phone to make sure all my ducks were in a row when it came time to submit. She braved the cold to FaceTime me from outside the apartment so I could get a feel of the building and the neighborhood (I am still in California and was not able to visit). My application was accepted and she was very excited for me, as our work together had been a huge success! I am moving into a great place on April 1 because of Louise’s personal dedication to serving her clients. I will 100% reach out to her when I need to look at properties again and anyone reading this should too. Thank you Louise!

All the rave reviews are right. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I worked with Adam and I had THE BEST experience. On-time, super professional, helpful & just an all-around amazing person to work with. While working with Adam, I was only shown clean, well-kept apartments in great locations that were within my budget. I got a great apartment & now everyone is asking me for Adam’s business card. Even Charlene who I worked with during closing was super helpful & responsive! I’m telling you, if you’ve stumbled upon this company through StreetEasy (though their website has even more great options) you’ve struck gold!!!!

I officially moved to the city earlier this year and was overwhelmed by the short deadline I had to find an apartment. I was overwhelmed until I met Louise Torrisi. She was so responsive and understanding of my situation and worked overtime to help get me into my current apartment. She made everything about the process seamless AND made it fun again. I could tell I was in good hands as Louise is experienced and smart. I would recommend her to anyone living in the city looking to rent OR buy.

I don't write many reviews, but I just wanted to say how much my wife and I enjoyed working with Besnik in locking down an amazing 2 year deal on our new apartment. He's an extremely knowledgeable and thorough straight shooter who really made the whole leasing process a pleasure. He happily went to bat for us in getting everything we wanted in our lease, and immediately responded to our every question and request long after the lease was signed. If you're looking for an apartment through Mirador, or at 21 West End, ask for Besnik. I promise he'll take care of you!
