Excellent response with logic, legality and experience in complex matters. Most helpful staff. I do appreciate it.

Honestly. The level of customer service from RECO could not be worse. Zero information given, standard responses when probing further and turn around time on anything is at their discretion. Tech is 10 years in the past. It’s no wonder this business is going through a massive transformation and as a result, agents on the ground are the ones feeling the impact. RECO, know who pays your salaries and who your clients are.

There is no such thing as self governing. No industry has this privilege. All entities are subject to law. You can pretend like these people to be some alternate all seeing eye but that is a lie. All that matters is law. Take your disputes to the courts. It doesn't matter what your Realtor thinks or what RECO thinks. What is written as law is what matters. RECO like MLS is realtor controlled and owned. Thus they will never side with you unless they know your court case would be an instant and damaging win. This is a charade to make you think you've been heard. Just go to real courts and actually be heard.

RECO was to keep real estate industry in check. Now, real estate industry has full control over RECO and all senior staffing have no control. OREA, TREB and major Brands/ Brokerage have control over RECO, which are full of corruption and manipulation of real estate markets I'd on them. Guys such as Bill Thompson, Howard Drukarash, TREB CEO, TIM HUDAK and list goes on and on. I gained this info. first hand from RECO employees who are my friends. Imagine, criminals running police station and courts. Same here at RECO.

Many real estate agents deliberate plan and intend bidding wars as a way of pushing up the price, by deliberately listing a property at below market value, and then holding offers or not look at offers on until a particular day and time to encourage multiple buyers to put offers at the same time and day. Why RECO, being the regulator has not been effective to control such tactics in Public interest. At the least, RECO Must direct and ensure, that Realtor etically has to mention and inform all the perspective buyers/public in the Comments of MLS of the Sellers' intention to look at all the buyers offers on a certain date and time. This information MUST be made in MLS, and many end user buyers, may not even visit such MLS property , after reading such comments. By omitting to mention and hiding such crucial information from 'MLS Comments' helps in creating hype and bidding wars, which is unfair and unethical.
