Bobby + April the sale of my Fan property - including basic updating - to get the house on market for top dollar and a quick sale. April and Kendal were spot on with the pricing and always available for questions. They walked us through the process and were there for every step. The updates were completed on time and very professionally. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell without all the stress of preparing the home yourself.

We used Bobby+April's team of April and Kendal to both sell our current home in the Midlothian area and to purchase our forever home in the Fan. They worked hard to get our home listed quickly and for a price we thought might not be attainable. It sold in the first week at full price following a great marketing campaign. We then were able to purchase our dream home in a multiple bid situation with their expert advice. Could not recommend them higher for either selling or buying!

We used April to purchase a house and Bobby to renovate. They showed us some renovations in progress and a few finished homes and even invited us to their home over glasses of wine to talk about our plans. Since we were anxious to buy and homes sell quickly in our area April advised us to make our offer AS IS with no home inspection because she said Bobby would have his entire team inspect the house before we purchased. We trusted them on this and it turned out to be a foolish mistake on our part. Ultimately I feel they turned a blind eye to some big issues to make sure we focused on the areas where their margins were the most generous, kitchens, baths and cosmetics. We really wish we would have had a third party look at the house to help us make informed decisions on what was important to our safety and the structure of our home. There were some major workmanship problems along the way but Bobby eventually made right by them and we are ultimately happy with the home. Update May 2018 the mirror they hung in the bathroom fell off the wall and smashed the sink!!! A 50lb mirror was hanging on 2 tiny screws in the drywall, they tore right out!!!

Great real estate experience! April was professional and responsive. She found wife and me a great home (we saw it and offered within 5 hours of it going on market) and she got us the house with numerous other offers. Highly recommend Bobby + April!

Lousy service. Questionable.. I wish I could select Zero star. How fair is it that Bobby + April asks for 5 start reviews on their Facebook page? from their Facebook page: So any of you who are out there feeling the love - we'd really appreciate some great reviews from our past clients on google! Here is the link you can follow (at least I hope it works) and we'd be thrilled to see your comments! If you give us a 5 star rating based on your experience, stop by the office and grab some swag!
