Fabulous staff, wonderful vacation rental and everything was just as advertised. My wife and I were extremely pleased and will be doing business with Intracoastal again.

I have had the best experience with Intracoastal Realty when buying our second home! It was a little nerve racking purchasing our dream vacation home from so far away and I was pleased as could be when I began working with them. They were very informative, answering all my questions, and also very responsive as I was 7 hours away. Now we have our dream home to go to during those colder months and will definitely be using Intracoastal again to sell and purchase when we are ready to upgrade to a larger beach house. Thank you for you hard work and dedication to us!!

My experience with Intracoastal was great! They were super helpful, answered all of my questions when I asked and didn't hound me on making decisions about things. That is my biggest pet-peeve with Real Estate agencies, the second you ask for more information or help on something, they are all over you trying to sell you and never leave you alone again. Intracoastal hit the mark with this, being patient yet informative when I needed it. This got them their sale from me. Thanks for adding to my experience of finding a home!!

We have been severely disappointed with our interactions with Intracoastal Realty and would recommend working with a different company. We rented a house through them and it was determined to have mold. We saw mold on the windowsills, the bathrooms, and around the doors. We brought this information to their attention and they sent 3 different companies to examine the problem. All three companies said there was a water intrusion issue in the crawlspace, mold in the crawl space, and the windows were not sealed leading to water collection. The property manager emailed us saying that there was a water intrusion issue and that they wanted to take care of it but needed to find the right price first. After three months nothing was done and we asked to leave citing their lack of action and the mold/moisture problem. After that they said that there was no moisture problem and there wasn't any issue at all in fact. We found them to be deceitful, unprofessional, and unhelpful throughout the entire process. We decided we are still leaving but certainly going with a different realty company.
