From my first call with Anne Smith, I knew I was in the hands of a highly qualified realtor. The level of trust Anne generated was exceptional; she became my partner in the home buying process and I relied on her to provide a reality check when I needed one most and to point out things about a home that I may have missed because I was caught up in 'how nice it looked'. Not only did Anne navigate me through the home buying experience in a new city (with new rules and by-laws that I was not familiar with), she also helped me connect to my new community with important contacts and information. At the end of my home buying journey, I knew Anne will be the realtor that I will trust to sell my home when the time comes. I also knew that I will be able to count her among my list of friends in my new community!

Mike Tidd made selling and buying a home a very positive experience. There was no pressure to buy something I couldn't afford, and he helped me price my home according to the current market. He gave me lots and lots of good advice on a variety of topics which made it so much easier to make a final decision. I am happy with the price I got for my home, and I'm very happy with the price I paid for my new home, which I love. What more could I ask for?

My agent, John Tidd, provided an unparalleled combination of knowledge, professionalism, intuition, and friendliness that culminated in me now owning the perfect home for myself and my family. I cannot thank him enough, and my interaction with other realtors in his office leads me to believe that the entire office is exceptional.
