The management company continuously lies to you at their convenience about the terms of the contract. Its very fraustrating given they never return my calls when they say they will. They always perform less than the bare minimum when doing things like changing water lines. It took them nearly 6 months to finalise the lease.

Seems like a nice place. My wife's grandmother is there and she seems very happy. Lots of events and things for her to do.

After living here for almost 6 years. The lot fees go up almost annually with little to no improvements in park infrastructure. The garbage pick up is bi weekly (not in compliance with the NB mobile home act) and snow removal is an absolute joke.
