Just completed my first home purchase and I couldnt be happier with Redfin. We met Chris Winters (massachusetts) when we setup an appointment to see a house via the Redfin app. This guy is who you want on your side for selling or buying. He referred us to Marcus Sohn at Leaderbank, Atty. Shivani Shah at Hurley Shah LLP and Haweye Inspectors. This is the dream team. These guys were easy to work with and kept in touch at all times. They even answer emails on the weekends! Dont be skeptical about not meeting face to face with the lender. They do it all electronically and hassle free. I highly recommend that you at least meet with Chris. 😉

They listed a property that used to be an hour hotel for hookers and Johns in Roxbury before it got shut down by police. I asked them why that information is not provided in the property description. No answer. I guess they care only about making money. Your satisfaction is not their priority.

I bought my first home via the Red Fin team and had a phenomenal experience! Bill Hartford was our agent and wow, he's simply amazing. We love the website and still use it often. We even got a rebate and great recommendations on building our team.

If I could give zero stars I would. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned. I just bought a condo where these people were the list agent. They were pathetically horrible throughout the entire process. It took me weeks just to even view the condo, so if you are thinking about using them to list your property dont bother. They dont return peoples calls. You're better off hiring literally anyone else to list your property. Their agent didnt even show up to the closing and she didn't supply a proper set of keys so I couldnt even go into the home i purchased. Im serious dont do it. I pray that this company goes under one day
