I have lived many places in different countries, never have I had a bad experience like I have been having in this park since we moved here. I've lived in this park for years... and quite frankly, if I could afford it right at this moment, I'd move. It's unfortunate that I even had to give these guys a Star. They deserve none. Maintenance of the roads, water and snow removal are a joke. Main office is never open. I have requested to get my drive way plowed on numerous occasions and either it was never done or they plowed the vacant house next door instead and expect to bill me for it. They never return any calls either. I have called them before because our water tasted awful and had a terrible texture/feeling. They never showed up, never called either. The roads barely fit 2 cars side by side during winter and it can be quite dangerous, the bus stop for school is barely plowed, there's tons of snow that is always left in the streets and cars get stuck in them because of it. Backing up from driveways during winter is a challenge because the roads are not wide enough. They leave a tone of ice everywhere to the point it broke parts on my new car and literally ripped off paint off of my mother's brand new SUV on the side of a door (that's how high they leave ice kicking around). Salt? I'm not sure they know what it is... All they will do is say "Sorry" but not improve or anything of that sort. During summer, expect tons and tons of potholes and "deformed" part of pavement with absolutely no sign, no warnings of any kinds. An ambulance came to the park and the patient got injured in the back of the ambulance because of the awful roads in the park! (No joke!!) We lose power on a monthly basis (20 times in less than 2 years... per example). If you lose power, you have no water. If you have no water, you end up being on a boil order for a couple of weeks. Quite fun when you have young children... And let's not forgot about the ZERO pressure for water where one cannot even use a shower at home because the pressure is not strong enough. Imagine dealing with this for 7 months and calling them about it and NOTHING is being done. Oh... and heads up... chances are you WILL lose water altogether like we have been. NO WATER and their offices are NOT responding to emergency calls, voicemails, emails, etc.... But they do expect you to pay higher and higher in prices for their lot without giving any services. Horrible, horrible service!!!!! For the price that we pay for the lots (expect over $300 and going up constantly... went up 4 times in 3 years), you'd think that one would get better service and maintenance than this. No, not at all. This place was better before Capreit bought it. They seriously need to step up their game. If you want to buy a house on a land where the owners will provide the proper service, then do NOT move to Tamarack.

Repairs on main water lines are fairly efficient, roads are maintained well with regular improvements. Edit: Snow removal and maintenance have drastically improved.

They don't even deserve 1 star. But that's what's need to write a review on these crooks.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT set up automatic payments with them if paying for services. I had my water bill with them until they doubled the price they charge. When I cancelled with them (had a personal well dug) they kept billing me until I called to tell them to stop billing me. I am still waiting for a return of funds after 4 months of fighting with them and them ignoring my calls.
