I sold my log home in 2016 and used Carole DeBella as my listing agent. She went above and beyond what I had expected. Her honest consultation on what to expect in today's market, her professional recommendations on staging and taking care of details during the sale all exceeded my expectations. With her help we received multiple offers within days of listing and sold this property in short order. We also used Carole when we purchased our new home last year. Her knowledge of the market and areas she serves was top notch. Her input, guidance and patience with us throughout this long process were invaluable. We would not hesitate to use her again in the future.

Recently had the lovely experience of dealing with Janice Novicki, didn't realize it is "a crime" to purchase property in the Town of Glastonbury. Seems like she wants it to be her way or the highway. Not really the best of personalities to have if you're going to be in the profession of dealing with people. Probably would have suited her better if she could have tried to help someone instead of being so defensive about her territory. Probably hurts her business as well. I'd bet heavily on that opinion.... All the people posting positive reviews for Carole, it would probably be best if you notified her and tell her to leave that branch. Preferably for one with a more friendly atmosphere. I feel Janice has hurt that branch's reputation. I'm letting everyone I know that I come across that deals with real estate about the experience I had with Janice.

I recently purchased a house in the New Britain-Farmington area. I used Raveis because my boyfriend referred me to his agent Carole DeBella. I came to Raveis after a bad experience with another agent and previous purchase agreement fell through because the purchase price was more than the appraisal value. At first I did not think Carole would take me because she works with higher value sales but she did. Carole was a breath of fresh air after my bad experience. After seeing my new home on a Sunday at an open house, Carole had me at a viewing that Thursday. She walked through the property and pointed out things that she thought were a concern. Which really made me feel good. I felt that she was really engaged in the process (this was prior to signing an exclusive agent agreement). Because she did a comparisons on my property we were able to offer an asking price in line with the appraisal value of the property which my previous agent did not do. When I needed permits pulled for upgrades in my new home Carole did it for me which my other agent did not do. Carole worked hard with me as my lender had me jumping through hoops concerning who would do what repairs on my property. She kept the lines of communication open with me. I felt like she was listening to me and addressing my needs. If I needed paperwork from the sellers, Carole was quick to connect with the other agent to get what I needed. I am very happy about my experience with Raveis. I would use Carole again when I purchase another house. S. Allen

I believe the agent in this location is very unprofessional, was inquiring by phone to a agent and had problems getting a hold of him plus, never called back just texted asking who is this! Taking a long time to answer back to tell me the rental is not available when the status on his web site is active a new listing that came out less than 4 days. very dissapointed!!! U think by trying to go with an agent is better boy i was wrong, good luck with ur buisness.

Alex Colaiacovo, a Realtor working at this Raveis uses bait and switch tactics to lure renters into thinking there is a well priced house to rent. When you inquire, he says it was just taken and sends you a link to many other higher priced, lesser houses that he says are still available. Bait and switch tactics as well as any deceptive business practices are illegal in Connecticut. Steer clear of this agency - they are dishonest. Over the last month, I have inquired about a number of the bait and switch properties. The properties he plugs are in the MLS, where his fake listings are not.
