Our agent, Mike Ploharz, kept us informed all the way through our triple contingency. Pat Kelly did a great job helping us through the building process, and Paul was always available to assist with our questions about upgrades and progress on our home at Hamilton Estates in Fresno. It was actually a fun experience with very little stress. Paige was always helping with our loan questions. Overall, Realty Concepts has a great team. We are extremely happy and satisfied. Thanks for all your help.

Joni is very professional and passionate about what he does. He is willing to work with you and help in any way possible. He is ready to make the move whenever his clients are ready and not the other way around. It has been a pleasure to work with him throughout the process. He is willing to explain everything and anything when in doubt and he is very well at communicating back and forth with you. He is also very respectful of your time and decisions, willing to work with you at all times, and very knowledgeable of the business. Our recommendations go far and beyond from high. He eases the entire process of buying a house from beginning to end. His bilingual skills are also great and we would communicate with him in English and Spanish. We are very grateful we had the opportunity to work with him. Thank you Joni.

We worked with Jennifer Reda on the sale of our home. Not only did she sell our home quickly and for a great value, she is exceptionally friendly and outgoing. She was on top of all the details throughout each step in the process and kept our minds at ease. We would highly recommend Jennifer and Realty Concepts.

I'll keep it short. Our agent, Erin Anderson, was fantastic. Took care of every minor detail, helped transfer our solar loan to the new buyer, helped take care of the HERO loan as well and was on top of each step of the process. Could not have gone smoother, would have been a nightmare without her.
