Kathryn was one of three agents we invited to speak to us about our house and she was by far the most prepared to discuss not only our specific case but also her customized game plan. She brought in an expert to supply layout and color coordination advice, and local contractors on short notice to do some badly needed repairs. Her lines of communication were varied and effective, her advice timely and on target, and she possessed a much appreciated positivity. Kathy is an absolutely first class realtor. She works incredibly hard on behalf of her clients. She is an excellent listener (in our case she had to be!!), always lets you know how things are coming along with enquiries, etc, very caring, and knows exactly what you should be asking for your property, and how to find a buyer. She is a very nice person, and has a great relationship with the other realtors throughout the area, who appreciate her honesty and diligence. She will do everything she can to make sure that you can connect with the right person to buy your property. Can't praise her highly enough.
