We bought a house through Randy Beal and Colleen Doucet, it was the first time we bought a house, and they walked us though every step of the way. When the deal for the first house we put an offer in on fell though because of the seller not disclosing all the relivent information, it made them even more determined to find our dream home. They made the process very easy and were always there to answer any question we had. My wife and I highly recommend them and will defiantly use them again if we ever move. Thanks again guys!

This agency is either incompetent or worse. I made an offer that was not accepted , but was promised that it would be forwarded to the bank if the first offer fell thru. It did but I was not notified and the property was taken off the market. i would not believe anything Ryan Cook told me ever again.
