Since 2001 Assist 2 Sell has serviced the needs of local sellers who refuse to pay the inflated fees of traditional REALTORS®. We are proud to offer our professional services to sellers for a reasonable fee. Our team is award winning (we have been a top 10 office each year since opening in 2001) and we are very proud of the fact that we have saved metro home sellers over 16 million dollars in commissions. Thanks to the expertise of my business partner Michael Doyle who brings over 30 years of experience and has completed thousands of real estate transactions, as well as our FULL time, highly experienced team of agents and support staff Assist 2 Sell. We truly are REALTORS® who love to save your money. Put our successful program and our experience to work for you.......Think about it!

I listed my property with Michael Doyle of Assist 2 Sell and after 2 months I had only 3 showings. Before this my property was listed with another real estate brokerage and I had a lot of showings. I lowered the price by $10,000 when I listed with this brokerage and did no additional renovations to the property. My property has been completely renovated with the exception of replacing the cupboard and vanities which have been refinished. The only renovations that were in the initial description was that switch plates and outlets were replaced. There was no mention of the flooring, appliances, tub and surround, programmable thermostats and paint were all new. I did not feel the marketing of my property was sufficient due to the lack of viewings. I asked that the listing be canceled and Michael refused, instead he sent me a withdrawal which I signed not realizing the difference between the two. I have never known a realtor to act in such an unprofessional manner to refuse to let a seller out of their contract. Michael also stated that he would cancel for $1,000.00 compensation which seems pretty steep for 2 months of no service.

In April 2010, after nearly two years as a licensed Real Estate Agent, I made the decision to leave a traditional brokerage and join the Assist 2 Sell Team. From my first meetings with Michael and Lisa Doyle I was impressed with their level of professionalism and looked forward to increasing my knowledge of real estate sales. That said, since joining the Team, I have successfully completed over 300 real estate transactions in nearly 5 years. Not only is Assist 2 Sell, HomeWorks Realty offering a fantastic program to save metro home sellers their hard-earned equity – the level of experience and knowledge of the Brokerage, Agents and Staff is top-notch! It’s important to have a high level of experience in what can be called “challenging market conditions” and over the last year or so we have implemented some truly cutting edge technologies to provide our clients with superior quality marketing as well as making the selling process as easy and stress-free as possible! We all work as a true TEAM and I’m grateful for the support and mentoring of everyone. ~Melissa Pilkington

Had the pleasure of working with Melissa recently and she was a true professional. My clients loved her and could not be happier with the home she found them and the service she provided. She is top notch and will highly recommend her in the future.
