I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my home. I had full confidence in Stacey and her team as they are consummate professionals. Their customer experience level is outstanding leaving you always feeling like their only client--even through the peak of a real estate boom season. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and use proven and unique sales strategies and staging to ensure you get the best price in the fastest time. It was an incredible experience and I was thrilled with my result. There is a reason this team is among the top performing in Canada -- they know how to sell! I had no choice but to continue working with them on my purchase as well -- there is no one I would trust more. Stacey Falkwin and her team came highly recommended through several friends that had used her expertise in selling their homes. She and her team did not disappoint. From the first meeting onward my sister and I felt fully supported in our in endeavor to sell our childhood home of 51 years! The journey with Chantal Levesque on our first home purchase was one of a kind and by far I have yet to witness such an amazing experience. From the very beginning up until our closing date, her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market and understanding we were first time home buyers mixed with her interpersonal skills and level of patience with us throughout this journey has been top tier. Needless to say the Falkwin Group is in great hands for as long as Chantal is around and I will highly recommend her to anyone as she has definitely made our first home feel that much more special.
