I just bought my first home with the help of Angela, Maita, and their colleague Wanda. I cannot overstate how smoothly the process went. They handled every step and every issue quickly and efficiently, and were always friendly and attentive. This team embodies the benefits of buying with a realtor.

Our house in Falmouth, NS was shown by these 3 nice ladies and "greener inspections" was recommended. the inspector reported water intrusion in the basement; and building up behind the wall in the rec/ mud room. He used thermal gradient camera and moisture detector. As a caring home owner, we hired a contractor/ carpenter to find it and then get it repaired. The contactor took off the baseboard, gyprock, vapor barrier, insulation and reached to concrete wall and floor of the basement where the inspector mentioned. Surprise; everything is dry. Floor under the laminate is dry, 2x4 are dry, gyprock is solid! apparently the inspector was confused between cold thermal gradient/ moisture in the air and active water intrusion ! The realtor is not an inspector, however at least should know who would be a good one and another who would project him/ herself as a good one. please see attached pictures.
