Chris has been great Our last real estate agent actually quit on us leaving us in a horrible position. And Chris came to the rescue. He was very professional and always willing to answer questions. It never ever felt like we were bugging him. He was also very truthful which we loved. He always gave it to us straight and we followed his directions and that lead to a fast sale during a slow period. I can’t recommend him enough.

Outstanding service, polite, respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. Chris Perkins hands-down is the best real estate agent we have dealt with. Within one day he knew exactly our wants and needs and made our dream house appear. Highly recommend!!

As a newcomer to Nova Scotia and being my first time buying real estate in Canada, I didn't quite know what I was getting into. Then I stumbled upon the HaliPad website... Truth be told, I saw it on the back of a bus. To make a long story short, I am so glad I did. Chris was, by far, the most professional and outgoing agent I have ever dealt with, in any country. He made the process as painless as possible, and was full of great recommendations and insight into the property market here in Halifax. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
