Chris Ryan is an honest, knowledgeable, efficient and professional realtor. He is an asset in the home buying process and we would highly recommend having him on your team for all property related transactions, whether buying, selling or renting. As new immigrants to Canada, we so appreciated Chris’ knowledge of home construction when it came to buying our first home in Halifax. He took the time to educate us on how North American homes are built and what is important to look out for when viewing a property. He was a tough negotiator and looked out for our best interests in a difficult deal involving sellers who were based out of the country. He was extremely patient and helpful in all aspects of the process. He made the home buying process so much easier and stress-free by project managing the entire process from start to finish. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for an outstanding realtor who goes the extra mile. I was assisting a friend who lives in Europe, who was highly motivated to purchase her first home here. We were quite bewildered by the lackadaisical attitude whenever we called an agent to inquire about a house for sale. Then we met Chris Ryan. From start to finish, his responsiveness, attention to detail and understanding of the market was head and shoulders above the rest. Phone calls answered or returned promptly, knowledgeable about the properties, and a smart and fair negotiator. My friend now has a seaside home she loves. And when there was a last minute blip, trying to clear furniture through customs, Chris was there for my friend with all the paperwork she needed at a moment’s notice. Chris clearly loves what he does and excels at it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!!

We have bought two houses with Chris and sold one. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market, as well as houses in general. Using this knowledge and a straightforward approach has made him an excellent resource for selling and buying. As a result, our house sold after only 24 days on the market.
