Be very careful - your money can be stolen. My friend's son came from Germany for a 4 month course in the New School. He wired the security deposit to one of Bond's agents. At the end of the 4 months, he was told that he would get 50% of his deposit in person, and another 50% (more than $1000) would be wired to him. He still has not received the second half more than one year later! I was asked to help, so I spoke to the agent (who is not answering my calls anymore), as well as to Bond's management - which also did not work. Surprisingly, this agent is still listed as active on Bond's site - looks like the management considers such actions of their agents as normal.

Ike Ugokwe helped me to find a beautiful apartment. That's the most important piece, of course. I just moved in and it already feels like home. I am also in cyclist heaven as my commute to work now takes me down the Hudson River Greenway and through Central Park. I'd said bike lanes were important to me and you literally cannot do better than that. In addition to being a great realtor, he was very patient, an excellent conversationalist and incredibly supportive. I was moving because of a breakup and his kindness meant a lot. Seriously. If you're stressing about finding the perfect place, call Bond and ask for Ike.

I would absolutely recommend Bond to anyone moving to New York. Susie Pintucci was an amazing agent and found my perfect apartment. Great coach through what sometimes felt like an impossible process/market and always able to answer my questions quickly. Overall I'm very happy with my experience!

My experience with Alicia and Bond could not have gone any better. Alicia was a delight to work with. She's not the 'hard sell' type, she's never pushy, and she always encouraged me to listen to my gut and go with the home that best suited ME. She understood exactly what I was looking for and worked hard to find just the right place for my needs and style. She was tireless during our walks around the city and a pleasure to be around. Alicia is not only talented, a good listener, and determined—she also makes me laugh! I'm so happy with my new home. What's not to like?

Patrick Judge is easily one of the most professional brokers I've dealt with. He was able to cater to my moving criteria with his extensive knowledge of NYC neighborhoods. Patrick was always prompt with his responses and made apartment hunting a smooth and easy process.
