I had great experience with one of their agents, his name is Nazar Ajeely or Nazar Hameed .. I called him on his cell phone he had a listing in Milton for rent he picked up right away I was in urgent need of good realtor who can understand my sticky situation at that time, I needed him to sell my house quickly and find rental property for short period .. he helped me to sell my house more than what I was expecting and he found me fantastic rental property in no time .. He responded quickly to all my calls and he was very helpful he supported us all the way me and my family are grateful to him during the whole process.. I'm not sure about other agents in this office but I can say my experience was excellent with this particular agent .. I truly wish him all the best ...

Sadly I was not impressed. It took several days for a return on my inquiry with a hard date to view the listing I was interested in. Then the time to meet once that was established was put off twice - the first time with a double booking, the second time it was said was for a personal matter, which I will give the benefit of the doubt. The office assistant was quite nice in our communications, so that was pleasant. Finally the Broker got back to me. I showed for the appointment and it's as though he felt he could just fly of the top of his head. He did not offer a business card or provide further specs of the unit or any paperwork on his end to use to speak to the unit. He wasn't really trying to sell it. Then previously on the phone he had said two units up the street would be suitable for my business, but then when I mentioned it again when we met, he stated otherwise. There was no followup tot he viewing. I am currently dealing with a younger gentleman in Burlington who has been absolutely wonderful. Very professional. Had specs and business card ready upon arrival at the viewing. Was genuinely interested in my business. Asked the right questions. Was in no way pushing anything on me but simply provided the necessary details for me to make an informed decision. I was very impressed. He got back to me very quickly every time I reached out to him. He is with Royal LePage Burloak Real Estate Services, Brokerage Brokerage, Independently Owned and Operated Suite#200-3060 Mainway Drive Burlington, Ontario L7M 1A3
