I called ahead and asked them to hold a unit for me, they were really happy to hold the unit for me, until I called again to confirm and got another employee and was treated very rudely on the telephone because of a miscommunication between their staff, I was put on hold and then someone named Leslie asked me if I lived in the silvercreek towers, when I confirmed that I did indeed live in the silvercreek towers she indicate she also lives in the silvercreek towers, she then informed me because she knows who I am and my electric bicycle was a nuisance to her she refused to rent a unit to me. Hey Ray is not a very organized company and they have terrible communication skills when it comes to someone asking for a quote or assistance in renting a unit, unless you have money they don't want to do business with you. I am appalled the decision was made on a personal basis like this so I decided to go with A Plus Storage, they have been in business for many years, I felt like Hey Ray treated me very unprofessionally

I used Hey Ray storage for my antique baby grand piano for the past year. In a panic,Ray's storage not only accommodated me but when I realized the unit I thought I required was too small and the movers had piano in hand, Rays was quick to react supplying me with the size I needed therefore, they rescued me from incurring additional moving expenses! Not only is the facility clean and secure, the staff and customer service is above and beyond expectations! Even Ray himself has been there personally to greet and/or assist me!
