I met Andrew prior to him becoming a realtor. He had a sense of my family needs in respect to affordability, space, configuration, neighborhood, accessibility, you name it. Although I spoke about my desire for a new home one day, I was not actively seeking one out. Then one day out of the blue, I received a call from him excited about 'the perfect home for you and your family now on the market!'  Well I'd be crazy not to check it out. Long story short, we have been happily living in our new residence just over a year thanks to Andrew and Lisa. One thing I must say. After they staged my previous home, I almost had second thoughts about moving. That thought was short lived soon after the move. Its that extra touch the Roach Family offered where I felt as though I was their only client.  Thank you Lisa and Andrew!

I came to know of Andrew and Lisa after we purchased one of their listings in 2016. We looked at numerous houses, and their listing, in a new subdivision of Milton, was head and shoulders above the rest. We settled into our new home and as fate would have it a promotion was going to move us back to Kitchener. So less than 1 year after purchasing our new home we were faced with having to sell in the fall of 2017, 5 months after the real estate martlet virtually stopped as we watched the value of our house fall from its peak to almost back to what we purchased for. In order to minimize any loses we listed with comfree and tried to sell ourselves. After a few months we only had offers far below what we purchased for. Remembering how well Andrew and Lisa prepared our home when we bought it we hired them to sell our home. They suggested a price far above what we had just listed for with comfree and I have to say I was skeptical. Within a week they had staged our home beautifully and had amazing pictures and video done. The day we listed we had multiple showings and within 4 days we had three offers on our home. Andrew ended up negotiating a sale price over asking and best of all, not only did we not lose money in the down turn, we actually made money. I would highly recommended Andrew, Lisa and the Roach Family Real Estate Team for all your real estate needs.

Lisa and Andrew were so easy to work with! Selling our home with them was a great experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Realtor. They were always prompt with their communication and so accommodating with our "busy" family.

Andrew and Lisa have looked after our real estate needs for the last 5 years. Their advise has always been very creative and led us to very lucrative investments. With two properties now listed with them and entering into another purchase we feel very confident that we are moving in the right direction of building our real estate portfolio. Carl and Mary Beth
