For my wife and myself, we found Katherine while popping into a house she was showing. She came to know us quickly and by the time we left, even though that house wasn't for us, she did an awesome job matching our needs with the vision we had. The house hunt was very efficient and reliable. We would contact Katherine on the go many times and she was always able to accommodate meeting us. Her automatic emails sending houses matching our criteria made it easy to stay on top of the market and react quickly. she is also an amazing advocate for those new to the housing market with lots of questions and curiosities. I would highly recommend Katherine Dixon based on her friendly demeanor, personable approach, and excellent professionalism. We found the house that had everything we asked for, within our budget, and we love it. Katherine has a superior knowledge set of Guelph and the surrounding area and will only attempt to find you a home in the areas she feels she has adequate knowledge in, which is an honest trait that we really liked.

My partner and I (along with our three dogs) were moving from the UK to Guelph. On a trip to Canada, we had a finite amount of time in Guelph to secure a house before going back to the UK and setting things up over there. Katherine was AMAZING!! She worked tirelessly with us, each day we were, nothing was too much trouble or too small for her to help us with. Her tenacity and superior knowledge of real estate, Guelph and surrounding areas are second to none! I highly recommend Katherine for all your real estate needs.
