Corinne was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and was always just a text message away. She was always honest and kept us in the know. Thank you for helping us sell our home quickly! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Corinne and I met 10 years ago when I was looking for a house. At that time, I ended up buying a new build, so I didn’t require a realtor’s service. Corinne stayed in touch with me over those 10 years, sending newsletters, updates so when I was ready to sell my house, she was the first person I thought of. Corinne came to my house, sat with me to discuss my plans and listened so in a short time, she had a good understanding of me and my goals. From there, she connected me with a fabulous stager and we all worked together as a team to optimize my home for being sale ready. The house sold in a week and Corinne and her team made the whole process seamless and smooth. Selling a house is one of life’s stressful activities. Corinne was amazing in navigating me through the process. She explained the various steps in a calm and professional manner that provided me with confidence. Her patience and solid knowledge/experience was invaluable and appreciated! I believe what makes Corinne unique is that she doesn’t treat you like a “client”; she truly is committed to you as a person and works in your best interest. Thanks Corinne and to all your team, you’ve been outstanding!

Corinne and Michael are the ultimate professionals. They are true experts in recognizing what it takes to get a home sold quickly and for maximum dollar and work with you to hep you achieve that goal. They were confident and provided the reassurance when it was needed. And they were right! In a tough market, my home sold quickly and for more than I was expecting. They are great people and seasoned professionals. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks Corinne and Michael!

Michael went above and beyond the call of duty to help me sell a property that had been sitting on the market for months. I was almost ready to throw in the towel when Michael and his team took over. He helped me to visualize how much better the house could look with just a few minor updates (fresh paint, new carpet, etc...) and it wasn't long before his vision came to life. I was blown away by the end result! In a few short weeks, it looked like a completely different house! I definitely made the right decision. In no time at all the house was SOLD for a price that I was more than happy with. It was such a pleasure working with Michael and his team - I can't thank them enough. If you're looking to buy or sell property, look no further!

The Corinne and Michael Team are amazing! They helped us to stage our home and prepare it for the market. Our property sold within 48 hours for above asking. We were moving out of province and they maintained contact with us throughout the process as if we were still in Ontario. They went above and beyond even after the sale!
