I was fortunate enough to meet Nicole in a social atmosphere in the summer of 2014. Not yet financially ready to take the step to purchase a home, I inquired about what I would need to do to buy my first home. Beginning of Summer 2015 and the adventure began and Nicole was by my side through it all. She is knowledgeable, dependable, always there for you. She made the purchase of my new home not so scary but actually fun. The whole process from beginning to end she was there for me My plan was to renovate majority of the house. What do you need, who do you need, I have a person to help you for anything. She was my guide and just a phone call away. Almost 3 months later and she is still there for me not only as an agent, but as my friend. Buying and/or selling Nicole is the agent for you! Guaranteed! Love her!

We were fortunate enough to have Sutton Group Heritage Real Estate and Nicole Bafaro represent us in the sale of two properties in Ajax near . In both instances, Nicole was the consummate professional, providing us with the benefit of her expertise as a realtor as well as her knowledge of both the market area and prevailing market conditions, Nicole ensured that we had complete understanding of the process, documentation conditions and the merits of the various offers received. At the same time Nicole was friendly courteous throughout and most of all successful Thanks Nicole!
