Savio assisted us from start till end. we fell in love with a house in Ajax and with his influence he was able to show us the house few days before the actual open house and got us the deal while their were multiple offers. couple of days before closing date I let him know that my house finances isn't ready yet and he took all the pain getting the extension for us without frowning and he also negotiated our extension penalty. He is the best realtor in town and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
