I have known Luc for quite awhile, he has many years experience as a real estate agent and has been able to point out and educate me while I have been looking for my first home. One instance we looked at a townhouse in Angus and had a pool in the backyard, I distinctly remember Luc saying "It doesn't make much sense to have a pool in the backyard due to surrounding houses and the the way the house is located they won't get very much sun in the backyard" this was a big help to me as I would never have even thought of some those points. Every house we went into Luc would check the flooring to make sure it was placed correctly (no creaking or cracking noises). Luc did a great job at finding homes in my price range and ones that are suited to my needs, we looked at over 10 homes before the right one was found. Luc was always reachable to text and through email. I would highly recommend Luc and his team.
