Brendan Clemmens and Greg Mcilmoyle are a dynamic duo and class act. They were patient and savvy with my real estate transaction, but the best part is I can continue to reach out to them and they are very approachable and ready to dispense excellent advise on anything real estate related. They are not a one transaction firm, they believe in building lasting relationships and I can truly vouch for their integrity and sincerity.

They just show that they can provide any house but this is not reality. I am a student and we four friends wanted a house on September because we all want to live together on that time and we made a hope on them. At the last moment, they said that they cannot give any house. In fact we showed every proof that we are able to pay monthly rent.. they were just wasting our time..
